I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, particularly enjoying the gorgeous view and well-designed outdoor pool area. The staff was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making our experience even better. However, my only hiccup was the challenging communication with room service, which can be frustrating during busy times, and some amenities could use a bit more attention.
